Confirmation of Enrolment request form

You should complete this form if you are a current international student and you need a Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) for the purpose of applying for student visa subclass 573, 574 or 575 or informing the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) of changes in your enrolment.

The information will be used by authorised staff for the purpose for which it was collected and will be protected against unauthorised access and use. As required by legislation your information can be forwarded to the Department of Education and Department of Immigration. You can access any personal information the University holds about you.
