Departmental Timetable Contacts
Departmental Timetable Contacts are responsible for liasing between Academic Teaching Staff and the Timetable Office on all matters timetabling. This includes the collection and entering of data for the construction of the timetable, and the dissemination of timetabling information to the relevant teaching staff in their department.
The role of a Timetable Contact is a time-consuming and demanding one, and as such the Timetable Office recommends that the role of Departmental Timetable Contact be formally recognised in staff position descriptions.
