Student Equity and Disability Support provides services for students who need ongoing support with their studies. We understand that adjustments to learning and assessment are sometimes required to allow all students to reach their full potential.   • Unexpected circumstances

    We can offer Special Consideration if your studies are affected by unexpected circumstances such as sudden illness, accident or bereavement where the duration of impact is less than six weeks.

Student Equity and Disability Support provides services for students who need ongoing support with their studies. We understand that adjustments to learning and assessment are sometimes required to allow all students to reach their full potential.

Interested in a course but not yet applied?

We encourage you to find out more about who we support and the services we provide. You can also contact us to discuss your needs with a Student Equity Adviser. You can speak with us at any stage, even before you apply.

Any information you share with us is strictly confidential and subject to relevant privacy laws.

Received an offer and require support?

If you have applied for a course and have received an offer, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your support options. You can speak with us before or after you accept your offer.

If you require support for a disability, please contact us before the start of semester to allow time for support preparation. We recommend six to eight weeks’ notice.

If you are not sure whether you need support or not, please find out who we support or contact us for a confidential discussion.
