University student support staff can assist you by using a remote access tool to share your computer screen and see what you see.
Before accessing your computer remotely, we need to get your agreement on the following important points:
1. Close unrelated applications
To protect your privacy, please shut down all screens and applications that are not University related.
2. We have view access only
Although we can advise you of what to do next, we are not permitted to change, add or delete any information on your behalf.
3. Disconnecting after the session
Once we have assisted you, you need to close your browser to disconnect from the remote access tool.
