If you are serving alcohol at your event, you must submit a completed Alcohol Checklist and Declaration.
For UMSU affiliated clubs, please complete and attach the Alcohol checklist and declaration signed off by UMSU Clubs & Societies. See more information on serving alcohol at University events.

Staff and Student Club Executives will use TE Reserve to book shared spaces (classrooms and lecture theatres) and DiBS for outdoor spaces for ad hoc activities from 2 January 2024 onwards.
