Staff bookings (Booking request dates for 2027 will becoming available from late November 2026)

Students bookings

Student Club Executives can book rooms and outdoor spaces for ad hoc activities.

External clients

While lecture theatres and classrooms are mainly for teaching (University Timetable), they can be booked by others during non-teaching times or when available.

Wedding photography

The picturesque grounds of the University of Melbourne are an ideal location to have your wedding photographs taken.

About us

Venue Management oversees ad-hoc bookings services for shared teaching spaces at the Parkville Campus.

While these spaces prioritise teaching, they can be booked by others during non-teaching times or when available. However, teaching requirements always take precedence.

Due to the fluid nature of the University Timetable, changes can impact ad-hoc bookings, and specific requests may not always be accommodated.
