Venue Management oversees ad-hoc bookings services for shared teaching spaces at the Parkville Campus.
While these spaces prioritise teaching, they can be booked by others during non-teaching times or when available. However, teaching requirements always take precedence.
Due to the fluid nature of the University Timetable, changes can impact ad-hoc bookings, and specific requests may not always be accommodated.

Venue Management are responsible for booking shared teaching spaces, meeting rooms, special venues and large lecture theatres on Parkville campus.

A range of outdoor spaces such as lawn areas, courtyards and barbecues are available through our booking service.

Bookings may also be made in other venues across campus that do not fall under the control of Venue Management.
