Cleaning Request extra cleaning before your event to ensure the venue is presentable and safe. Especially important after a full day of classes. Please make sure you have booked your venue for at least one hour before your event start for the extra cleaning. ServiceNow
Cleaning for Free Public Lectures Arrange for free public lecture cleaning.
Please note that two hours are required for cleaning of the venue before event start and that you need to make contact at least 2 days before your event.

Ancillary Services requested through Venue Management

Venue Management no longer coordinates any ancillary services connected to internal events. You need to request your services directly with the service provider from the list above.
