| Cleaning | Request extra cleaning before your event to ensure the venue is presentable and safe. Especially important after a full day of classes. Please make sure you have booked your venue for at least one hour before your event start for the extra cleaning. | ServiceNow |
| Cleaning for Free Public Lectures | Arrange for free public lecture cleaning. Please note that two hours are required for cleaning of the venue before event start and that you need to make contact at least 2 days before your event. | ServiceNow |
