My Muddy Yarra

The Yarra River was the subject and setting for a series of learning experiences resulting in the creation of drawings, prints, collages and paintings. In developing attitudes of care, curiosity and wonder about the plants and animals found around the Yarra river, the children also explored Indigenous perspectives, as the Yarra River has special significance for the Aboriginal people of the area, the Wurundjeri Tribe.
