Guidelines for practice
Before listening to this sleep audio file:
- Please set yourself up to be comfortable
- Ensure you can't hear the phone if it rings
- Wear comfortable clothing and choose a time when you are unlikely to be disturbed.
If you are using it in bed then do all the things you need to (brush teeth, set alarm, tuck the cat in, etc) so you just nestle down and sleep. If you share a bed then discuss how listening to it can best be done.
